Introduction:
Our "birthday chips" are typical
of the medallions preferred by a majority
of A.A. groups. Some are Anodized Aluminum
in various colors, others are Antique Bronze
(show me). The face of each features the familiar
circle and triangle along with the words
Unity, Service, Recovery, and the month (using standard numbers)
or year (Roman numerals) is stamped in the
middle. All medallions have the Serenity Prayer reverse.

PRICES |
|
Anodized Aluminum medallions are available in two styles of
desire chip (24 Hours and One Day at a Time),
and months 1 through 11. Colors are determined
by manufacturer (cannot be changed). Price Each: 75¢.
Antique Bronze medallions are available in one style of
desire chip (24 Hours), months 1, 2, 3, 6,
9, 18, and years 1 - 55. Price Each: $1.00.

Orders of $100.00 or more receive a 10% discount and Free Shipping * (minimum purchase required, see Footnote). If you shop our regular shopping cart
the discount will be deducted from your final
bill. If you shop our new PayPal shopping cart we will e-mail the amount
of your discount directly to your PayPal account.

|
One shipping charge to any address in the
US: $5.75. Orders of $50.00 or more are shipped FREE.
We routinely
ship USPS Priority Mail (US only). Please
allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. Other shipping methods
and international shipping are available

| METHODS OF PAYMENT |

WE are pleased to accept MasterCard and Visa
on any purchase, online or off. We accept
checks, money orders (no cash through the
mail, please), and for approved accounts
purchase orders. Sorry, no CODs. To set up
a purchase order account e-mail the Business Office or telephone toll free 1 877 797-8526. Our fax number is 1 806 793-3456 (fax line available during business hours only).
In addition
to MasterCard/Visa the PayPal online payment system also accepts Discover
and American Express. Important: To use our new PayPal shopping cart you must have or be willing
to obtain a FREE PayPal account. If a new account we suggest you
sign up before you shop. To learn more about PayPal and/or obtain your free account visit the
PayPal Web site.
Credit Card Customers Please Note: Orders less than $25.00 will be billed a
$3.00 processing fee. This minimum purchase cannot include shipping charges and/or taxes,
if applicable.
The credit
card minimum purchase fee is determined to
be applicable in the same way as Free Shipping and/or Discount (see Footnote). For more go to our Credit Card Policy page.

| RETURNS, INSURANCE |
|
Important: You should check an order for accuracy
as soon as received. Errors in order fulfillment must be reported within 14 days of the shipping date.
With
above exception, if you are dissatisfied
with an order for any reason you may return
it within thirty (30) days of the shipping date and with prior approval. Approval is obtained
by contacting us by phone or e-mail. The
following provisions apply to Returns:
1) A
25% restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise
plus the cost of shipping and handling on orders
that were shipped free, plus the amount of discount, if applicable.
2) Refunds
will be paid only after merchandise has been
received by Medallions Unlimited and found
to be in good condition.
Insurance, Orders Lost in Transit:
For a
nominal fee we will obtain insurance on any
package we ship. Otherwise our responsibility for the merchandise ends
when we place it in the hands of the shipper, although we will be happy to help in any
way possible in the recovery of a loss. It
is worth noting that in the time we have
been in business only two packages have failed
to reach their destination safely.
Insurance
is reasonable. If the value of an order is
$.01 - $50.00 it cost $1.50; $50.01 - $100.00,
$2.50, and for each additional $100.00 in
value the cost of insurance increases $1.00.
If you
shop our regular shopping cart you will be
offered the insurance option. If you shop
our new PayPal shopping cart your checkout page will have
a "Notes" section. Use this to
request insurance. Since neither shopping
cart is set up to calculate the cost of insurance
it will be handled after the sale, either by adding it to your final
bill or, in the case of PayPal, billed by e-mail.
PayPal shoppers please note: You must okay payment for additional charges
such as insurance and/or a processing fee,
if applicable, before your order will be shipped.

* Minimum Purchase Required. A "minimum purchase" is defined
as the amount of the purchase before other charges are applied, such as taxes
and/or shipping, if applicable.
The minimum
purchase requirement for free shipping is
fifty (50) dollars, to receive a discount, one hundred (100) dollars (automatically receives free shipping).
In addition there is a twenty-five (25) dollar minimum purchase requirement for credit
card orders. A three (3) dollar processing fee will be applied to orders
less than the minimum, see Methods of Payment or go to our Credit Card Policy page.
Example (using free shipping): The medallions you
purchase total $49.00, plus sales tax of
$3.86 (tax applies to Texas residents only).
The "perceived" total for the order
would be $52.86. This order, however, would not qualify for free shipping. The merchandise total must be $50.00 or more. Note that this would be the sub-total if taxes or shipping charges apply.
