	The information that follows will guide you through navigating our Web site and introduce a few of the features.
	Links at the top of the page comprise our Main Menu. It is repeated on all major pages.
	Links at the middle right comprise a Sub Menu. On subsequent major pages it converts to a drop down, "Clik 'n Go" menu at the bottom left side of page.
	Links at the bottom of all pages are a repeat of major links at the top.
	To aid in the quick presentation of some information we employ "pop-up" windows. These windows can be closed by the user OR, to head off numerous "open" windows cluttering up your task bar, most will close automatically after one (1) minute. Help windows remain open three minutes. Windows equipped with a timer will have a clock symbol at the upper right. Let us know what you think.
