1) What forms of payment do you accept?
Can I use my credit card? |
By all means! At our regular shopping cart
we are pleased to accept MasterCard and Visa
on any purchase, online or off. We accept
checks, money orders (no cash through the
mail, please), and for approved accounts
purchase orders. Sorry, no CODs. To obtain
approval for a purchase order account e-mail
the Business Office or telephone toll free 1 877 797-8526. Or fax your information to us. The number
is 1 806 793-3456 (fax line available during business hours only).
If
you are familiar with PalPal or prefer to use it, in addition to real
time processing of MasterCard and Visa our
new PalPal store accepts Discover and American Express.
Important: To use the PayPal shopping cart you must have or be willing
to obtain a Free PayPal account. If a new account we suggest you
sign up before you shop. For information about PayPal and/or to sign up for your FREE account

| 2) How safe is my credit card information? |
Our Shopping Carts employs SSL (Secure Socket
Layer) encryption technology, the gold standard for Web sites engaging in e-commerce. In
addition, most major credit card companies
insure their cardholders against theft or
fraud (in some cases, after a deductible).
Deductible amounts may vary so check with
your card issuer.
While
admittedly nothing on the Internet is bullet
proof with our secure shopping carts your
credit card information is as safe as it
can get. Please note that since it doesn't
gather any personal information our PayPal selection page is not secure, but the PayPal site where you actually check out is fully secure.
At our regular shopping cart choose the option,
"Submit via a Secured Order Form".
I might add that in the more than four and
one-half years we have been doing business
online to date we have never "lost"
a credit card number to theft or fraud. |

Several ways! To begin with you can call
in an order toll free at 1 877 797-8526. For information about, "when I call
I always get an answering machine",
see our Business Hours and Telephone Procedures.
New feature! Now at our regular shopping cart you can choose the payment
method, "Call me". Complete your
order normally except you will not be required
to enter payment information. Then, at a
time that is convenient for you, we will call and get your credit card information.
Important: For this to work to your best advantage,
on the line for "Comments or Special
Instructions" tell us the best time
to call. Keep in mind that we are on Central
Standard Time. Note that the "Call me" option does not apply to calls overseas (US only). Note also that your order will not ship until we have obtained payment information.
If
you go this route, or the one below, as a
time saver we suggest choosing the option,
"Submit via a non-SSL Order Form",
since non-secure Web pages generally load
faster. If you do this keep in mind that
the information you transmit will not be encrypted
You
can order online and pay by fax or check.
Simply choose the payment method, "Fax
order to us". Complete your order normally except for
providing payment information, print it,
fill in the pertinent information, then if
payment is by credit card send it by fax or mail it with a check or money order enclosed. Note that if you pay by check your order
will not ship until check has cleared our
bank, normally 5 - 7 business days.

you can print a copy of our printer friendly Price List with an Order Form, then send it by mail or fax. The Order
Form has our contact information or you can
find it here. In addition our "snail mail"
address can be found at the bottom of every

| 4) What about shipping? How do you
ship, what does it cost? |
We routinely ship USPS Priority Mail to any
address in the US for $5.75. Other shipping methods as well as international
shipping are available at additional cost.

| 5) How long will it take to receive
my order? |
| We are closed weekends and holidays so allow
3 - 5 business days for delivery. Keep in mind, however,
that in these uncertain times mail delivery,
even Priority Mail, can be unpredictable. |

| 6) What happens if my package gets
lost in the mail? |
For a nominal fee we will insure any package
we ship, otherwise our responsibility for the merchandise ends
when we place it in the hands of the shipper.
Insurance
is very reasonable. If the merchandise is
valued between $.01 - $50.00, insurance is
$1.50, $50.00 - $100.00, $2.50, and for each
additional $100.00 of value insurance increases
by $1.00. Note: Rates quoted are for Priority
Mail. Insurance rates on other shipping methods
may vary.
Even
if you don't insure your package we will
be happy to assist in any way possible in
the recovery of a loss. It is worth noting
that in the four+ years we have been in business
only two packages have failed to reach their
destination safely.
The
cost for insurance will be added to your
total and will appear on the receipt sent
with your order. If you buy through our regular
shopping cart you will be offered the insurance
option. PayPal shoppers see Part 1 of the PayPal Instructions section at bottom of the page. |

does that work? |
| If your purchase is $100.00 or more excluding taxes, if applicable, you will receive a 10% discount. See Product Info for complete details. PayPal shoppers should read Part 2 of the PayPal Instructions at bottom of the page. |

| YES, you can have it ALL. Free shipping and the group
discount are cumulative. |

requirement". How much is that? |
A "minimum purchase" is defined
as the total of the medallions you buy before other charges are applied, such as taxes
and/or shipping, if applicable.
The
minimum purchase requirement for free shipping
is fifty (50) dollars, to receive a discount, one hundred (100) dollars (note: automatically receives free shipping).
In addition there is a twenty-five (25) dollar minimum purchase requirement for credit
card orders (a processing fee applies to
orders less than the minimum, see our Credit Card Policy or Product Info).
Example (using free shipping): The medallions you
purchase total $49.00, plus sales tax of
$3.86 (tax applies to Texas residents only).
The "perceived" total for the order
would be $52.86. This order, however, would not qualify for free shipping. The actual total of medallions purchased must
be $50.00 or more. |

there are a lot of good 12-step programs
out there. Unfortunately we don't have enough
room (or cash) for the inventory required
to supply them all. Nor do we currently have
access to a supplier for custom made medallions. |
