1) What forms of payment do you accept?

Online, we accept any payment method supported by PayPal. This currently includes all major credit cards, as well as PayPal accounts. Over the telephone we accept orders using your credit card information. Through postal mail, we accept credit cards, checks and money orders, and for established accounts purchase orders (sorry, no CODs). To obtain PO approval, please contact us.


2) How safe is my credit card information?

Online, you enter your credit card information directly into PayPal's shopping cart, which uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Our company never sees any of your credit card information for online orders. For telephone or postal mail orders, we use your credit card information to perform the requested transaction and then shred the information. No credit card information is retained by our company after your order is filled.


3) I'm still uneasy about giving out my credit card information over the Internet. Is there another way I can use my card to buy your products?

Yes. You can place an order by providing your card information over the phone or via postal mail. We also accept checks and money orders for payment of your order. Contact information is available here.


4)  What about shipping? How do you ship, what does it cost?

We ship using Priority Mail to any address served by the US Postal Service in the United States. US orders of $150 or less (before shipping, insurance and Texas state sales tax, if applicable) ship for $7.00. US orders for more than $150 ship for $13.00. Other shipping methods as well as international shipping are available at additional cost. For a shipping estimate contact us. Additional shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to you. You can use our web site to pay for the additional shipping costs as an additional transaction. Once the additional shipping costs have been paid, we'll ship your order right away.


5)  How long will it take to receive my order?

We are closed weekends and holidays so please allow 7 - 10 business days for U.S. deliveries. International orders will be shipped promptly, but delivery time will vary depending on the destination. Please inform us of any critical deadlines so we can potentially help expedite your order.


6)  What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?

For a nominal fee we will insure any package we ship. Otherwise, our responsibility for the merchandise ends when we place it in the hands of the shipper. insurance for USPS Priority Mail is very reasonable ($2.25 for most orders). Insurance rates on other shipping methods, larger orders, and international orders may vary. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, contact us for costs and purchase the insurance on our website.

Whether you purchase insurance or not, we will do our best to assist in the recover of any loss.


7)  About your group discount and free shipping...How does that work?

In the past, we have offered group discounts and free shipping at certain order thresholds. However, we have chosen not to continue that practice. Partly to simplify our processing, and partly to minimize the costs to all customers by keeping normal prices as low as possible.


8) Do you sell medallions for other 12-step programs, like Narcotics Anonymous? What about custom made or special order medallions?

Not at this time. We are all fortunate that there are a number of good 12-step programs available. Unfortunately we aren't able to maintain the volume required to supply them all. Nor do we currently have access to a supplier for custom made medallions.


9)  Do you have a catalog?

We do not offer a catalog. However, our order form lists all of our products, and is available online here.
